# Como criar acessos ao painel para gerentes e donos da conta?
Para um usuário ter acesso ao painel da produtora é necessário ter uma conta no Topedindo Ingressos ().
Após o usuário criar a conta, você pode criar um usuário no seu painel ([veja como criar aqui](/organizadores-de-eventos/gerenciando-a-conta/como-criar-promoters-e-gerentes.md)) e liberar acesso para ele.
Estando na área[ ](https://organizador.topedindoingressos.com.br/settings/staffs), clique no terceiro ícone azul (crachá).
Irá abrir uma área para pesquisar pelo e-mail do cadastro que você deseja liberar acesso ao painel. Logo ao começar a pesquisar o sistema de busca já irá buscar automaticamente pelo e-mail. Ao encontrar o cadastro, clique em cima para marcar ele em verde. Pronto! Agora o Usuário terá acesso ao painel e aos eventos. 😉
